This Refund & Return Policy outlines how we handle cancellations, refunds, and returns to protect both our customers and our puppies.

✅ Health Guarantee & Veterinary Checks

All of our pug puppies are:

• Thoroughly examined by licensed veterinarians before adoption.

• Up-to-date on vaccinations and deworming.

• Covered by our comprehensive health guarantee (details provided at adoption).

Because we stand by the health and quality of our puppies, we provide each new owner with full medical documentation at the time of adoption.

💰 Refund Policy

• Before Pickup/Delivery: If you change your mind before your puppy leaves our care, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any non-refundable deposit or administrative fees.

• Deposits: All puppy deposits are non-refundable, as they secure your chosen puppy and remove it from our availability list.

• If the Puppy Becomes Unavailable: In the rare case that your selected puppy becomes unavailable due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., health concerns identified by our vet), we will issue a full refund or help you select another puppy.

🔄 Return Policy

We want every adoption to be a lifelong match. However, we understand that unexpected situations may arise.

• Return Within 72 Hours: If, upon pickup, your veterinarian discovers a serious health issue not disclosed by us, you may return the puppy within 72 hours for a full refund or exchange.

• Non-Health Returns: If you wish to return your puppy for reasons unrelated to health (e.g., personal circumstances), we will accept the puppy back within 7 days of adoption. In such cases, a partial refund may be issued at our discretion, minus any associated costs (transportation, care, and administrative fees).

• Lifetime Rehoming Support: If at any point in the future you cannot keep your pug, we require that you contact us first. We will assist in rehoming your puppy responsibly, ensuring their continued safety and well-being.

⚠️ Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be granted if:

• The puppy has been neglected, mistreated, or not properly cared for.

• Health issues arise due to accidents, poor nutrition, or failure to follow recommended care guidelines.

• The request falls outside of the stated return period.

📦 Delivery & Shipping Refunds

If your puppy is being delivered:

• Delivery fees are non-refundable once shipping arrangements have been made.

• If delivery is delayed or canceled due to airline or third-party courier issues, we will work with you to reschedule at no additional cost.
